Ms. Deneuve, you are without a doubt one of the great beauties of all cinema. What can you tell us about the sixties and what is like being a sex object back then.
“Beauty for me is, how do you say… only a métaphore. It is not reality. In the same way, the sixties were not reality. People wanted to believe in something, anything. Some people believed beauty was the highest. I was not one of them. But I enjoyed the company of those of that religion.”
